We are looking for a full time Lapper Operator to perform duties to set-up and operate twin-grip or grinding equipment. This is a full-time position on our 3rd shift. 11pm - 7am $20.00 hr. Perform duties to successfully operate centerless grinders. Set-up and operate twin-grip, lap grinder and miscellaneous grinding equipment. Gain working knowledge of non-primary machine. Use SPC charts and interpret results. Properly gauge and monitor production to specific tolerances and quality.
