14. PLC
- Initiated the start and final transfer of the Tear Down and Roller Thaw machine through Delta-V & PLC.
- Repaired, maintained, troubleshoot, and performed PMs on conveyor systems controlled by PLC and pneumatic controlled switches.
15. Trouble Shoot
- Train emplolyees on how to trouble shoot and solve production issues to reduce downtime.
- Trouble shooting all aspects of each lines equipment should problems occur during the running of each line that is set up.
