Job Description:Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team-player to lead field technical support for routine maintenance, turnaround (TAR), shutdown, outages, and project activities focused on fixed (static) equipment projects.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:•Field technical support, construction oversight, inspection, and reporting at client sites and vendors•Produce engineering packages and bid documents to code and client specifications•Interface across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions•Perform calculations, develop repair drawings, and provide repair/replacement recommendations, specifications, and scope of work packages for construction•Lead Client and Contractor interface, attend meetings, and provide written reports•Provide technical support for field execution, including outage/turnaround projects•Assist in constructability planning, proposal, and estimate development

Responsibilities
Work in collaboration with all production, quality, and sales departments
Acquire knowledge to provide roll form technical support in die and fixture designs
Ability to shift priorities based on internal and external customer needs
Regular independent use of 2D and 3D CAD systems (Solidworks, Catia, and AutoCAD) with a high skill level
Promote and practice workplace safety
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering
10+ years of relevant experience working in manufacturing
Good oral and written communication skills
Algebra, Trigonometry, Physics, and Statistical Analysis
Ability to interpret customer drawings, notes, tolerances, and specifications
Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
