* Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine machining processes.
* Set up, adjust, and operate machinery with minimal supervision to ensure production efficiency.
* Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to verify product accuracy.
* Maintain production records and complete necessary documentation, including shop travelers and inspection reports.
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
* Ensure adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures.
* Keep the work area clean and organized while following 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
Requirements
* At least 3 (three) or more years of experience operating CNC machines (ex. Mazak, Hyundai, Doosan, Mills, and/or Lathes) in a manufacturing environment.
* At least 2 (two) or more years of experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, calipers, and micrometers.
* Strong understanding of shop math and machining principles.
* At least 1 (one) or more years of experience deburring/finishing parts to meet quality standards.
* Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Preferences
* Technical school certification in machining or a related field.
* Basic CNC programming experience (not required but a plus).
* Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
Travel & Work Arrangements
* This position will be based 100% onsite at our Tulsa, Oklahoma facility
* Must be able to work extended hours as required by management.
