What you'll do * Operate advanced 5-axis CNC machines (Matsuura MAM72v, Haas UMC-750) and robotic loading systems * Stage, load, and accurately secure raw material into machine vises and fixtures * Assemble, set (length/diameter), and load tools into machine holders * Monitor tool condition through visual inspection, auditory cues, and part quality * Conduct routine quality inspections using basic inspection equipment (pins, calipers, micrometers) * Assist with material handling, machine loading/unloading, and shipment preparation * Perform daily production duties as directed by leadership, adapting to operational needs * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Operate forklifts to transport and store materials as needed Requirements * Experience with CNC machining fundamentals and willingness to learn and grow * Proficiency with basic hand tools and measurement instruments * Familiarity with FANUC-based milling G/M code is a plus * Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally * Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours per shift * Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one Benefits * Medical, Dental, & Vision coverage * 401K with company match * Paid holidays + PTO * Tuition reimbursement * Paid parental leave * Short-term disability * Lunch provided daily * Employee discount on parts Work Schedule Monday - Thursday, 3:00 pm - 1:00 am Salary Description $31.00 - $35.00/hour, DOE
