Participate in R&D and prototyping projects, offering hands-on insights to improve design and manufacturability. Maintain accurate production documentation and promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment. What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or machining apprenticeship preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Manual Machinist in a custom fabrication, job shop, or R&D setting. Skills: Advanced manual machining techniques and knowledge of GD&T Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-urgency environment Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a team setting Work Environment This position is based in a dynamic machine shop with exposure to noise, varying temperatures, and industrial materials.
