Proficiency with Mastercam or similar CNC programming software. Experience using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height/depth gauges). Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with shop floor control software (e.g.,PLEX, IQMS MES, TrakSYS, E2 Shop System, MasterCam). Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks). Certifications such as National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS). Work Environment & Physical Demands Work in a fast-paced industrial setting with moderate to loud noise (hearing protection provided). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds or reach overhead. Requires close vision, color vision, and ability to read small print or computer screens.
