Qualifications & Skills * Minimum 3 years of machining experience, preferably with TRAK equipment. * Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret machining tolerances. * Familiarity with CNC controls and basic G-code adjustments. * Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. * Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications * Experience machining in a job-shop or custom manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of cutting speeds, feeds, and tooling selection. * Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. Citizen.
