This position supports Click Bond's Operations and, under direct supervision, is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, secondary equipment, facility equipment and the facility grounds. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform highly diversified mechanical duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facilities equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during scheduled machine service. Maintain and rebuild Baird and Waterbury Farrel presses, eyelet machines, and tool room equipment. Utilizing the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), complete assigned repair work orders, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and projects. Fabricate parts out of diverse types of material with or without the assistance of a print or drawing, by using milling machines, lathes, grinders, welders, shears, breaks, torches, presses, and other industrial equipment. Read and interpret key documents including equipment logs, equipment documentation, blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Handling and utilizing compressed air and other gases safely and effectively.
