This is a full-time position, with plenty of overtime. And we offer full benefits. We are a family-owned company with over 38 years in business. Responsibilities Operate CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Conduct regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc. Collaborate with team members in a lean manufacturing environment to improve processes and reduce waste. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Minimum 5 years of CNC 4-axis machining with a strong understanding of machining processes. Review electronic or written blueprints or specifications for a job. Calculate where to cut or bore. Shape steel, aluminum, titanium, plastic, silicon and other materials. Determine how fast or slow work piece is fed into machine. Determine how much material to remove. Select tools and materials for the job. Plan the sequence of cutting and finishing operations. Mark the work piece to show where cuts should be made. Position work piece on the drill press, lathe, or milling machine. Monitor and control feed rate and speed.
