Milacron is looking for a CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Mt. Orab, OH. As a Mill Operator, you will be responsible for the set-up and operation of machinery to produce a large assortment of metal parts or finishes often of a complex nature. In this role, you will apply knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, and machining procedures to produce quality parts for our plastics processing machinery out of raw material.
Hours: 3p-11p. Could be overtime required. Must train 7a-3p at least 90 days.
Work You'll Do:
Verify correct product using job traveler.
Set-up and operate a Milling machine to blueprint specifications.
Monitor machine performance and perform preventative maintenance to assure continuity of production.
Monitor and ensure all fluid levels are maintained on all equipment (coolant, hydraulic flids, ETC.).
Monitor inventory levels and report low levels and discrepancies to supervisor.
Must use precision measuring tools and job specific hand tools.
Read part drawing with sectional views.
Lift, position, and transport work piece with a hoist.
Must accurately record labor hours into E1 system.
Maintain plant standards in areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost, 5S, housekeeping, teamwork, and attendance.
Demonstrate personal leadership; actively participate in or lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress or emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments.
Recommend improvements for area product and processes.
Interact professionally when interacting with customers and employees.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Works with Engineering to test and create CNC programs and Machining processes for production parts
Requires minimal supervision to plan and schedule workload according to production schedule and troubleshoots Machining issues that arise to meet Delivery/Quality needs
Inspects, maintains, and logs preventative maintenance on equipment needed for inspection and machining.
Generates inspection reports and First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
Sets up material, machines, and tooling according to work instructions to produce machined components.
Cleans work area, tools, and equipment at end of shift.

**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for an **Associate Fabrication Specialist - Assembly** to join the team based out of **Helena, Montana.** This position supports a 4x10 work schedule from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.
The selected candidate for this position will be responsible for setting up and performing assembly-related duties, hand-finishing parts, and inspecting workmanship to ensure quality, defect-free products are manufactured. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex components and systems based on established drawings and requirements, as well as collaborating with the Machine Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to establish best practices for machining operations.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Performs metal hand finishing, fabrication and assembly tasks
+ Prepares test articles, fixtures and data collection devices to perform various tests
+ Works on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ 1+ years of experience in fabrication and assembly
+ Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
+ Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
+ Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
