You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and efficiency within our production processes. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and operate machining tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders. * Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations. * Measure and inspect machined parts to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards. * Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot operational issues. * Familiar with ISO/AS9100 requirements and FAI documentation. * Collaborate with other team members to optimize machining processes. * Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols. * Performs other duties as assigned. Maintain all paperwork associated with producing the part and maintaining company records. Observe safety policies and procedures and operate in a safe manner. Requirements: 2+ years experience operating CNC Lathes. Experience with CNC Okuma a plus. Working knowledge of Algebra, Geometry and can do metric to imperial conversions. General knowledge of G-code and M-code. Fluent in GD&T and machining blueprint reading. Skilled in part inspection and accountable to quality of parts. OSHA 10-hour Physical Demands: Must have ability to select, lift, carry and stack products weighing between 30 & 50 pounds. The ability to stand up a total of 12 hours, with breaks, while occasionally bending, stooping, twisting and do repetitive work for 2 to 4 hours at a time. Stations have anti-fatigue mats and stools available when needed. Drug Free Workplace: We are a Florida Drug Free Workplace.
