CNC Machine Operators The ideal candidate with be responsible for setting up, operate and troubleshooting CNC machines according to scheduled orders to produce quality machined parts for the Aerospace and Automotive industries. Handle raw material and hazardous waste safely and in an environmentally responsible manner
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

Responsibilities

Requirements:
Experience
Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role within a manufacturing facility.
Familiarity with multi spindle, multi axis machines (Mazak, Puma, Miyano), programmable logic controllers, and various CNC machinery including milling machines and press brakes.
Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is preferred.
Experience with fabrication processes, welding, stamping presses, and assembly lines is advantageous.
Proficiency in CAD software for blueprint reading and design modifications.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
May be required to meet certain certificates in the field and preferred to have at least 5-10 years of programming tooling and setup experience.
