1st Shift Manual Machinist - Hiring Now $20-$30/BOE We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to set up and operate conventional machine tools (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) to produce precision metal and nonmetal parts per customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals
Measure, mark, and prepare workpieces for machining
Set up and operate equipment, adjusting speeds, feeds, and tools as needed
Inspect parts with precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy
Assemble and fit machined parts; troubleshoot and resolve machining issues
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of machining experience
Strong math and blueprint reading skills
Proficient with micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
Must provide own tools and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work in an industrial environment
