Perform complete machine setups including material verification, fixturing, work offsets, tool selection, and tool presetting. Write and edit G & M code at the machine using Fanuc controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and part quality. Utilize Renishaw probing systems for automated and manual probing cycles; develop and adjust probe macros as needed.
