Each Team member will be intimately familiar with Fuse's machines and will put their mechanical abilities to the test as they assemble them according to the Engineers' exacting specifications. Team members also have to have a deep reserve of problem-solving skills to quickly troubleshoot issues that arise. They usually can't wait to get home to tinker in their shop. They're the people you want to call when something goes wrong. You are joining an early-stage fusion company. Please expect to wear different hats and take 0 to 1 ownership of objectives. As a machinist/programmer, you will play a key role in manufacturing TITAN components, ensuring precision and quality in all parts. This position will focus on operating and programming Haas CNC machines, ensuring that all machined parts meet the highest standards required. You will collaborate closely with design engineering to manufacture parts for both prototypes and production, contributing directly to mission-critical projects.
