Technical Mastery: Proven operational and programming proficiency (CAM software) with: 5-Axis Milling Machines Twin Spindle Turning Centers Bridgeport-style conventional milling machines Industry Knowledge: Practical experience manufacturing components for demanding sectors, specifically Aerospace, Defense, and/or Semiconductor. Soft Skills & Collaboration: Demonstrated track record of successful interaction and partnership with diverse internal departments (Engineering, Quality, Management) to drive project completion. Work Ethic: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, rapid-turnaround environment and maintain composure and quality under pressure. Preferred Qualifications (Added Benefit) Experience operating and setting up Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment (Wire or Sinker EDM).
