The Machinist will work with the CNC equipment, make sure their machines work at full capacity, are well-maintained and perform periodic checks on output. Unrelated projects. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 2+ years' experience with tool and die fabrication, preferably with metal stamping company. Preferred knowledge of coining metals, nickel alloy behavior, deep draw, and transfer press techniques. Basic math & trigonometry. Knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position works in a shop environment. The employee must be cognizant of hazards, including but not limited to variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, and exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals. Salary Description $25/hr. - $55/hr.
