Reports to the Production Supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow assembly procedures and process documentation. Verify integrity of material to be assembled. Assemble and/or solder electronic components in specific printed circuit board locations,following procedure and/or visual aide instruction. Inspect circuit board assembly parts to determine soldering requirements. Pre-form component leads per process documentation. Identify and report defective components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage onsite calibration program for a variety of electronic equipment to ensure measurement accuracy, precision and quality control across a wide spectrum of instruments. Ensure readings are consistent with other measurements Determine accuracy of readings Establish reliability of the instrument/equipment Calibrate to industry standards Run tests and interpret results to make effective recommendations to fix faulty or broken equipment. May source replacement parts and negotiate costs with suppliers and customers. Maintain ESD integrity within production environment. Support quality and production for data analysis reporting and product support. Prepare routine performance and measurement presentation.
