SUMMARY OF CLASSIFICATION: This description summarizes the requirements of a Lift Truck Operator employee performing in the Maysteel Facility. Responsible for assisting production work in the factory setting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Maintain safe work environment (i.e., use of personal protective equipment, proper use of lift truck, etc). Obtain Maysteel Forklift Certification and Crane Operation Certification. Feed or place items onto equipment for processing. Mark parts for identification. Scrap waste material from machine into proper scrap dumpster locations.
