Bryan served as president of U.S. Silica from 2011-2020 and as CEO and a member of the board of directors since 2012. Before that, he was SVP of sales and marketing from 2009-2011. During Bryan's tenure, the company added new business lines, including Oil & Gas Proppants, EP Minerals and SandBox Logistics, solidifying its reputation as a valued innovation partner that develops and delivers unmatched offerings to customers. The company is now an industry leader with a reputation for bringing high-quality, custom products to market faster and more effectively than the competition. Before U.S. Silica, Bryan held key leadership roles at the E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company from 1983-2009, including global business director and global sales director. Bryan earned a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware.

Tony Mollica is a Chief Executive Officer at Twin Rivers Paper and is based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He has worked as Executive Vice President, Consumer Mills at WestRock; Vice President & Managing Director, Asia Pacific at MEADWESTVACO CORP; and President at WestRock Brasil. Tony studied at Daniel Webster College between 2008 and 2010 and ESF between 1978 and 1982.
