Facilities MaintenanceTechnician Necessary Skills:
Respond promptly to building alarms and maintenance calls, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electric motors, circuits, and associated electrical systems.
Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including identifying and fixing leaks.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair dock doors and levelers to ensure optimal functionality.
Operate, monitor, and maintain utility systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical components, equipment, and systems.
Follow manufacturer's specifications and safety policies to ensure repairs and maintenance are performed to the highest standards.

Facilities MaintenanceTechnician Necessary Experience:
Basic understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics, including awareness of potential hazards.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, basic metalworking tools, and understanding the difference between metric and standard threads.
Experience performing work safely in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Knowledge of industrial-grade oils, grease, and lubricants, including the differences between sealed and non-sealed bearings.
Understanding of basic troubleshooting techniques and electrical theory.
Experience and willingness to work weekends as required.
Ability to safely lift items up to 70 lbs.
Experience working in hot and damp environments, including wearing PPE and performing physical tasks such as climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing/walking for extended periods.

About the Position
A key part of AC Pro's business is the manufacture of sheet metal components, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive maintenancetechnician to join our team that is working towards creating and maintaining a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility
Troubleshoot, identify issues and repair equipment
Update maintenance work orders with current status of repairs
Ensure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity and minimize downtime
Fabricate and assembly HVAC Sheet Metal fittings
Operate sheet metal fabrication machines, including plasma cutter, spot welders, riveters, press brakes, etc.
Support engineering department with installation and start-up of equipment and machines
Perform upgrades on equipment as directed by engineering
Work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Experience of proper mechanical and electrical disassembly and assembly techniques
Knowledge of mechanical components, such as gearboxes, punches, conveyors and actuators

Summary

Responsibilities
Hybrid Role
Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
Growth and career development role
* May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
* Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid automobile driver's license.
Customer service and career growth mindset.
Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
Ability to learn and operate store systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2 year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other exhibiting the growth mindset that is needed in this candidate.
Previous consumer retail sales experience.
Previous automotive experience a plus.
Previous management/supervisory experience a plus.

Position Overview:
We're seeking a Motive Power Service Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys mechanical work, solving problems, and providing excellent service to industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites.
Conduct diagnostics and performance checks on industrial battery equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety.

Electrical Technician Necessary Skills:
