Working for Maclellan Integrated service has it advantages to do and learn more different ways on how to be productive.

I noticed once you reached a certain level, then you have already reached you Plato with no advance moving up to the next pay scale.

When your team have then less 1% of accidents or near miss of injuries. Then at the end of the fiscal year, maybe everyone will get a bonus due to safety proformances.

What I admire best is the integrity to make sure that the CEO team keeps wearing their thinking cap by asking others what can be done to keep everyone safe and secure.

Have different interpreters for all national language ,not just one individual knowing that one language. Where I work, there are only one that knows English and Spanish, but not French interpreters. This world is evolving.

Preparing for an interview is to know the importance of the mission statement you work for and it important functions on the expectations from workers ( seasonal or have never worked in manufacturing settings and most importantly, know the knowledge about safety standards.

In my many years of working in different facilities plant is a fair game, but very competitive. In other word, too much favorite and not enough who showing the best honestly and integrity of the true work performance.

The diverse need to be looked at in a way that if your company do hires different languages interpretations, allow these individuals to be helpful and fair,not biased base on everyone hanging out with their own diversity groups and ignore all other diverse groups of people.

My joy and happiness is based on myself showing up on time everyday and giving my all and all strength to accomplish what needs to be done and do it with excellent 💯, no excuses. Time is money, I have always said.
