Special degrees for adults and seniors and a range of scholarship opportunities are also available. An inter-faith religious community gives Christian, Muslim and Jewish students the chance to join organizations dedicated to their faith. There are also student clubs and groups, which include everything from radio theatre to environmental activities to community service. Admissions requirements for first-time freshmen include a high school diploma or GED, submission of ACT or SAT scores and an application. Senior citizens who are interested in attending need only fill out an application for admission. MacMurray also has transfer agreements with a number of community colleges, and its website features guidebooks on application procedures for students from these schools. Financial aid comes in all forms. In addition to scholarships based on academic merit and other factors, eligible students may receive loans, grants and work-study awards. Veteran's benefits and reduced tuition for seniors are also available.
