Officers who work in the five boroughs of New York City or in Nassau, Suffolk, Rockland, or Westchester counties will receive an additional $1,762 annual downstate adjustment.

* Effectively analyze and teach the skills and strategies of the sport.
* Planning, organizing conducting, and evaluating practice sessions along with developing, implementing, and evaluating game plans and strategies.
* Serve as a leader, mentor, and role model to the student athletes of the program and prepare a competitive schedule, participate in community and department activities, and fundraising initiatives.
* Oversee the team's travel coordination and other administrative processes and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all department, university, and NCAA policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience in coaching, instructing, or training in lacrosse
* Can demonstrate good communication skills
* Recruitment experience
Preferred:
* Master's Degree
