This care consists of assistance with basic hygiene, bathing, feeding, medical monitoring, and other health care related tasks. Monthly reports and submits them by 15th working day after previous month. Ensures sites stay within 10% of site contract hours & within designated staffing pattern. Sets standard bi-weekly schedule with supervisor approval and changes only for critical issues. Coordinator/Home Manager evals. are timely and thorough. Develops Supervisors through writing plans, feedback and support in crisis/problem-solving management. Completes 16 hours approved annual re-training per yr. Maintains/follows all H&S/OHSA regulations- monthly H&S audits, seasonal maintenance Ensures monthly billings completed by program management. Ensures the maintenance and documentation of all ALS-LM vehicles. Monitors programs to ensure all entitlements are received or applied for. Ensures all sites remain within +/- 10% of contract budgets. Payroll completed, daily punches, weekly review, and bi-weekly approval of time cards. Complete annual training required to include; Contract Agency requirements, on-line training (if applicable), in-home quarterly training. Completes other tasks as assigned Markets/Develops/Promotes ALS-LM with outside agencies and the community; represents ALS-LM as a leader in the field; presents ALS-LM at a community function once per month. Respects and is sensitive to the cultural differences of participants and staff. Participates in one ALS-LM working committee.
