David studied at Victoria University between 1992 and 1995 and Harvard Business School between 2010 and 2017.

Matt is the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Carena, where he oversees all finance, accounting, human resources, risk management, and IT systems. Prior to joining Carena, Matt spent 10 years in public accounting, working with small venture-backed technology companies, and large construction and real estate entities. He specialized in helping clients through mergers and acquisitions, valuations, financial audits, debt financings and reporting matters. Matt is a licensed Washington CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Seattle Pacific University.

Toufic is currently the CTO and CPO at MacroHealth, helping to create Intelligent Healthcare Markets.Previously he was the VP Engineering at Splunk, leading the Machine Learning teams and Splunk’s Incubation projects, delivering innovative and disruptive solutions.He is a serial entrepreneur with three successful exits to his name. He has led product teams, including product management, architecture, development and customer enablement, from inception through multiple major releases. He was a Service Oriented Architecture pioneer and has been passionate about machine learning for over 20 years.He was the founder/CTO of Metafor Software (acq. by Splunk), where he developed next-generation machine learning analytics and anomaly detection for IT Ops and Security.He was the founder and CTO of Layer 7 Technologies (acq. by Computer Associates), one of the most successful vendors in the API Management/ SOA Governance and Security space.Prior to Layer 7, he was the CTO of Saffron Technology (acq. by Intel), building cognitive computing systems for Big Data.Toufic was the Chief Architect for SOA at IBM's Software Group, and the Chief Architect for IBM’s Web Services tools. At IBM, he founded the first SOA team and drove IBM's early XML and SOA strategies. He is one of the authors of the SOA Manifesto (http://www.soa-manifesto.org).Toufic is a sought-after presenter and has been the technical chair of many conferences. He has also been actively involved with various standards organizations such as OASIS, W3C and WS-I as editor and co-author of various security and SOA specs. He is the author of many publications, articles and several books, including "Building Web Services with Java" and "Java P2P Unleashed".InfoWorld named him to its "Ones to Watch" list in 2002, and CRN named him a Technology Innovator for 2004.Toufic holds a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from McGill University and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University.
