the culture over all is good only thing i can mybe say would be to try getting away from "it's how it's always been done "not that its always wrong but that dosn't always work different personal have different abilitys and attributes that will affect the way things can be done whats easy for me is hard for you and and ur easy is my hard
be your self be honest and inform your self about the place you are trying to work take the time to learn something about the company befor hand and it will show that ur self motivated and somewhat care
its in the upper end if not above most places
i feel we have many differnt backrounds and in a hole ur back round isnt going to affect the decision to hire or fire you its going to be made based on ur abilitys and personality and work ethics sp ultimately based on you as a individuel not where u can from what color or sex its on how u can work with in the teams in place and if its felt you can improve the strengh of sed team .
