Assists with the coating and/or laminating of material that meets coating run order requirements. Performs daily assignments and tasks in Coating department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities included below. Other duties may be assigned. Helps Level 2 and 3 Coating Operators set up and prepare material for processing. Places roll of material onto feed spindle of machine. Threads end through feed and guides material into coating head or and through drying oven and attaches it to rewind spindle. Fills coating head with coating solution. Monitors and adjusts coating line. Reports any non-conformities as material is processed. Performs basic machine maintenance and PM's. Cleans work areas. 2nd Shift Provide various support to the overall facility maintenance including support for the production lines, installation, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, move & maintain a wide variety of production & related equipment, facilities equipment, buildings, and systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Duties include the application of one or more craft skills, (i.e. mechanical, electrical, welding, pipe fitting & machining) to install, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, move & maintain a wide variety of production & related equipment, facilities equipment, buildings and systems at a journeyman level. * Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains a wide variety of complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment and systems such as motors, pumps, piping systems, conveyor systems, furnaces, exhaust systems, chillers, boilers, chemical tanks, PLCs, production machinery and instrumentation equipment. * Installs new machinery and equipment and moves machinery and equipment to affect layout changes as required. * Work may include operations, such as rigging, moving, erecting, aligning, and making necessary hook-ups, placing equipment in proper operating condition. * Performs preventative maintenance activities of all types, including the most critical types requiring extensive dismantling, re-assemble, and critical adjustment, lubrication, and/or calibration. 2nd Shift Provide various support to the overall facility maintenance including support for the production lines, installation, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, move & maintain a wide variety of production & related equipment, facilities equipment, buildings, and systems.
