Perform a variety of activities involved in the overall running of a slitter. Primary responsibilities are to constantly monitor all phases of the finishing operation, to maintain productivity and quality, and to maximize waste reduction efforts in order to ensure that continuous improvement goals are achieved or exceeded.
Second Shift: 12:00pm to 8:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Work safely utilizing a working knowledge of LOTO, PPE, and other safe work practices
Perform general set-up of multiple machines
Load and unload material from machine
Operate various material movement equipment safely, such as a forklift
Ensure that the machine is producing a quality product
Ensure proper materials and machine settings are used
Communicate support needs as required
Ensure all paperwork and data entry is completed accurately
Communicate within department on a daily basis on production runs
Assist in monitoring deviations in materials and running conditions
Adhere to all environmental, safety and housekeeping standards and regulations
Performs other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Perform physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 lbs., Standing up to 8+ hours a day, twisting, bending and squatting.
Education and Skills Required:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Must be willing and available to train on all machines
Ability to use basic computer system's hardware and software

This includes importing and sequencing shop orders and customer orders, monitoring run times, truing up/re-sequencing of shop order and imputing other data as required. * Works to complete orders on time document & communicates any unexpected delays to MFG Plants, DC's and Customer Service through Fill Rate Exception/Resolutions Process. * Works closely with Manufacturing, Customer Service and Sales/Marketing to help balance the asset backlog. * Communicates all changes to the finishing lead-times to Customer Service, Sales and Marketing. * Working with Corporate Inventory Planners, reviews FNG replenishment/TRR for finishing orders. * Integrate with Manufacturing and Inventory Planners to establish FIFO procedures, inactive material dispositions, scheduling "true-ups" and service exceptions. * Ensure appropriate finishing and replenishments planned for all required Supply Agreements/Blanket Purchase Orders. * Upon appropriate approvals for R&D, PILOT and PE trials/orders, immediately schedule, customer trials/slitting requests. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Shipping Operator to join its growing Chino, CA Supply Chain team.
Responsibilities include:
Operate a forklift and other equipment in the performance of tasks related to the receipt and shipment of finished goods, operating supplies and other items. Receive, read and interpret Pick Lists from Shipping Office.
Pull finished product from inventory, assemble orders and prepare for shipment in accordance with Company policy and customer requests.
Receive inbound finished goods, operating supplies product and other items from other locations and transfers to designated and appropriate storage locations.
Examine, count, document and confirm quantities and external condition of finished product, operating supplies and other items. Verify count and condition accuracy to relevant documents, check for damages, record shortages or overages and any and all other exceptions.
Match all items against Bills of Lading documents and advises Supervisor of discrepancies.
Diligently uses RF Bar Code Scanner for put away and for retrievals of items to ensure inventory accuracy.
Always maintains work area to be clean, organized and safe to comply with Company policy.
Performs other duties as directed by Supervisor.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Years Experience: 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment which must have included at least 6 months experience in the operation of a forklift.
Must be able to read numbers, read English, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have ability to meet certification requirements based on Company training program in forklift operation.

As our Senior Programmer Specialist, your expertise will be essential in ensuring the efficient and precise production of components within our Garden Grove facility. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs (specifically for multi-axis mills and lathes), Wire EDM programs, as well as developing detailed CAD designs for tools.
You will play a pivotal, cross-functional role, collaborating closely with engineering, quality assurance, CNC production, and tooling technicians. Your contributions will directly enhance manufacturing processes and involve designing and creating 3D models and engineering drawings for necessary fixtures, custom tools, custom cutters, and form tools.

Works to complete orders on time document & communicates any unexpected delays to MFG Plants, DC's and Customer Service through Fill Rate Exception/Resolutions Process.

A Quality Inspector will perform variety of inspection/test tasks in support of Manufacturing and other Customer-related processes. Inspections/tests (dimensional and visual) are performed in all stages of the manufacturing process, as well as related documentation.
+ Uses handheld measuring instruments and other precision measurement/test equipment to perform inspections/evaluations. Some inspections may take place in a cleanroom environment either onsite or offsite.
+ Perform visual inspections per specifications, router instructions, and/or procedures. This may include using magnification or other vision equipment. Must pass annual eye exam.
+ Inputs inspection/test results into designated databases/logs. Scans and maintains records of inspection results, material and process certificates and other quality documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
+ High School Diploma or GED certificate (Required).
+ 2+ years experience in Quality or Production role, performing inspections/testing and using measuring gauges and equipment.
+ Basic computer proficiency in MS Word/Excel and good math skills.-----

In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs./week * 52wks)) for this position, is **$47,840 to $73,216.** Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

As our Senior Programmer Specialist, your expertise will be essential in ensuring the efficient and precise production of components within our Garden Grove facility. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs (specifically for multi-axis mills and lathes), Wire EDM programs, as well as developing detailed CAD designs for tools.
You will play a pivotal, cross-functional role, collaborating closely with engineering, quality assurance, CNC production, and tooling technicians. Your contributions will directly enhance manufacturing processes and involve designing and creating 3D models and engineering drawings for necessary fixtures, custom tools, custom cutters, and form tools.
