The Role: The Bus Person will help to exceed guest's expectations every time by executing all tasks to the restaurant standards. Serves and clears food and beverage items to guests following the procedures taught during training. Sweeps and mops floors in a safe manner. * Ensures responsible service of alcohol by following all legal requirements including carding and monitoring consumption.
