Everything, prior to the COVID shutdown. The pay was weak, but everything else was great so I made & did my best with professionalism and and very upbeat and outstanding work ethic and disposition.
The pay was week and when I came back post COVID shut down, the work load was overwhelming because we operated with half of our staff and the traffic of business was that of what a “normal “ flow would be if it were the holiday season.
The employee discount and the incentive received when a new credit account was opened, along with rewards for different contests that were held.
The people who are my colleagues are incredible. I love that we have people who are old, young, gay, straight, trans, black, white, you name it,
The culture is ancient and unyielding to the new. the pay is low, the time off they give you is stingy and only 6 days and sometimes less, based on how much time you have taken off. It's kind of a nightmare.

Work life balance was good in Technical design team if you are able to manage workload but with latest restructuring everything is changing
Management is not open to listen to proactive ideas. Management using experienced workers to train entry level students and then lay off experiences stuff to save on salary

I have the opportunity to choose how much I work. There is a lot of flexibility, which is nice since I also work as a substitute teacher.
I wish I earned more money so I could work only that job.
I really enjoy working with the customers. Having health insurance is the best benefit of this job for me.
