    Pros of working at Mad City Windows & Baths

    They are a very established company. The pay structure is awesome. I love the daily, monthly, weekly bonuses. As a PT employee the most I've ever made in a single check is $3600 for 6 days of work, that is awesome. I love my team and my manager.

    There aren't any. I wish they would let us do Homeshows/Events.

    Bonuses! Free Money! Our team met our goal in August- $964k month so we went to Six Flags to celebrate as a team!

    What do you like best about Mad City Windows & Baths's CEO and the leadership team?

    I'm not very familiar with the CEO, unless that is Andy. - Andy is our director I believe and he is really cool.

    How would you improve Mad City Windows & Baths's culture?

    Company culture- well they already got rid of the bullies so I feel like they cleaned house very nicely. They make sure we work in a positive environment and I really appreciate that.

    From my experience, the compensation at Mad City Windows & Baths is competitive compared to the industry average for canvassing roles. In addition to a base pay, there are opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions, which can significantly boost overall earnings. I appreciate that the performance-based structure allows me to directly benefit from the effort I put into setting leads and making sales. While compensation can vary depending on the company and region, I feel that Mad City offers a fair and rewarding package for the work I do.
