They are a very established company. The pay structure is awesome. I love the daily, monthly, weekly bonuses. As a PT employee the most I've ever made in a single check is $3600 for 6 days of work, that is awesome. I love my team and my manager.
There aren't any. I wish they would let us do Homeshows/Events.
Bonuses! Free Money! Our team met our goal in August- $964k month so we went to Six Flags to celebrate as a team!
I'm not very familiar with the CEO, unless that is Andy. - Andy is our director I believe and he is really cool.
Company culture- well they already got rid of the bullies so I feel like they cleaned house very nicely. They make sure we work in a positive environment and I really appreciate that.
References! Neat Resume. On time. Presentation. P.M.A
From my experience, the compensation at Mad City Windows & Baths is competitive compared to the industry average for canvassing roles. In addition to a base pay, there are opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions, which can significantly boost overall earnings. I appreciate that the performance-based structure allows me to directly benefit from the effort I put into setting leads and making sales. While compensation can vary depending on the company and region, I feel that Mad City offers a fair and rewarding package for the work I do.
I believe that our organization values and actively promotes the representation of diverse demographics. We recognize that fostering an inclusive environment not only helps us reflect the communities we serve but also brings a variety of perspectives that enrich our workplace. Our commitment to diversity is seen through various initiatives, from inclusive hiring practices to employee resource groups that support underrepresented groups. This focus on diversity helps us innovate and collaborate more effectively, and it creates a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.
What brings me the most joy at work is connecting with people and helping them find solutions that improve their homes. As a canvasser, I enjoy meeting new faces every day, listening to their needs, and setting up opportunities for them to enhance their living spaces. It's rewarding to know that my work can make a difference in someone’s home and life. Plus, the physical activity keeps me energized and gives me a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.
