Lewis oversees the Finance, HR and Legal departments. Lewis joined Nexmo from Citrix Systems where he was the Vice President of Finance & Operations for the Enterprise and Service Provider Division. Prior to Citrix, Lewis held leadership roles at industry leaders such as AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya.

Mark D. McClain co-founded SailPoint in December 2005 and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and on our board of directors since that time. He has almost 20 years of experience developing and leading innovative technology companies that have operated in the identity management market. In 2000, he founded Waveset Technologies, a pioneer in the identity management market. Following the acquisition of Waveset by Sun Microsystems (“Sun”) in 2003, Mr. McClain served as Vice President of Software Marketing for Sun. His career also includes experience in international sales and marketing with HP (NYSE: HPQ) and IBM Tivoli Systems. Mr. McClain holds a B.A. in Economics from Point Loma Nazarene University and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Pete McChrystal is a President and CEO at Accent Technologies and is based in Melbourne, Florida. He has worked as Infantry Officer at United States Army. Pete attended West Point-United States Military Academy between 1980 and 1984.

As President and CEO of Paciolan, Kim manages the direction and vision for the entire company, including client satisfaction, retention and direction of all products, services and solutions. She has cultivated an inclusive and supportive corporate culture at Paciolan, encouraging employee growth and development. Kim is also the liaison to our parent company, Learfield, and is charged with being more integrated with the Extended Business Lines within the Learfield family. Before she was named President, Kim was managing most of the company in her role as COO, and developed many of the teams within the company that exist today. Before Paciolan, she has also served in leadership positions at Tickets.com, Buy.com and Paramount Studios. In 2017, Venues Today recognized Kim as a Woman of Influence, honoring female leaders in the sports and entertainment industry. Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sports Studies from University of Southern California.

Sameer Dholakia most recently served as the CEO of SendGrid, was instrumental in SendGrid’s successful IPO in November 2017, and led the company through its $3 billion acquisition by Twilio in February 2019. He has more than two decades experience in scaling high-growth companies including VMLogix, Inc. (acquired by Citrix Systems), Citrix Systems, SendGrid, and Twilio. Dholakia also serves as a board member for PagerDuty.

Stephan Schambach (* in Erfurt) is a German entrepreneur and commerce pioneer having created the first standard software for online shopping in 1995 (Intershop). In addition to being the founder of Intershop Communications, Schambach also founded Demandware and NewStore.
