Senior Director of Franchise Learning & Development About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Franchise Learning & Development to lead the design, execution, and ongoing evolution of Mathnasium's franchise training and adoption strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring franchise owners and their teams are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to successfully implement company initiatives, operate effectively, and deliver strong student outcomes.
