As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for obtaining quality blood samples using a variety of phlebotomy methods for all age groups. Job Description
The Operational Program Director (OPD) will be responsible for leadership and coordination of the overall programs which work with persons with ID, DD, Mental Health Diagnosis, medical needs and/or persons on the Autism Spectrum. This position is a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties.
Hours:
Full-time organizational position (may be part-time within any given home). The OPD's schedule must be flexible to accommodate various program, individual, and staff needs.
The OPD is on-call at all times; unless prior arrangements have been made for someone of comparable authority to receive emergency calls.
OPD's are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their programs are filled by staff who have met Dungarvin conditions of employment and have been adequately oriented and trained to perform their jobs. Occasionally, OPD's will find it necessary to work direct service shifts, but such work should normally not exceed 16 hours per week. If an OPD finds it is necessary to work more than 16 hours of direct service in any work week, he/she must notify his/her supervisor in advance, in accordance with Dungarvin Policy A-02: WAGE AND SALARY DETERMINATION. If notification cannot be made in advance, the OPD is expected to notify his/her supervisor as soon as possible. If schedule adjustment is necessary, arrangements should be made with the director.

Overseer Board
While the ECEFC is congregational in its form in the sense that all leaders are accountable to the
congregation, the administrative responsibilities and authority of the congregation are delegated to the Overseer Board. A member may not be elected for more than two three-year consecutive terms and must not be a board member for at least one year before being eligible again. The Senior Pastor is a voting member of the Overseer Board.
The Candidate
The Senior Pastor shall know Christ as his personal Savior and be living an exemplary life in accordance with scriptural guidelines for church leaders. He will be sound in his faith and doctrine and qualified to preach and teach the Word of God as led by the Holy Spirit.
The Senior Pastor is hired by the congregation. The Pastor and the Overseer Board, led by the Holy Spirit are together responsible for the spiritual direction and vision of the church. The Pastor shall proclaim and model a life of prayer, love, and care for the congregation. He shall lead the church in evangelizing the lost and discipling the believers.
Some of the duties of the Senior Pastor will include:
• Preaching and teaching
• Plan worship services with the Worship Ministry Team
• Participate in a small group
• Serve communion at least four times per year with the help of the Deacons
• Be available to officiate weddings, funerals, baby dedications, and baptisms
• Provide counseling as needed by the congregation

Responsibilities
Unit Technicians assist with patient care to support the nursing practice of the unit under the direction of a registered nurse and/or licensed medical professional. The Unit Technician carries out designated activities that are within those functions limited by law to unlicensed nursing personnel. The Cardiac Unit Technicians provide 24/7 continues surveillance, analysis and interpretation of patients heart rhythm patterns, blood pressure and continues pulse oximetry (sp O2) for inpatients. The ED Technician collaborates with nursing and consultants/providers when patient parameters are abnormal or critical. The ED Technician identifies and activates medical emergencies response plans (performs assigned duties, i.e. Lucas device procurement and application). The ED Technician is responsible for performing ECGs and splinting along with other duties as assigned in the emergency department setting as directed by licensed medical personnel.
Qualifications
18 years old and completion of 12 college credits -OR- High school diploma/ GED with successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training or equivalent.
Basic computer knowledge and skills required. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines required. Must demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, writing and listening skills. Ability to work effectively in a team setting and be flexible required. Knowledge of medical terminology required. BLS certification included in orientation program; successful completion required prior to first day in patient care.
