Someone who is energetic, works independently, has an eye for detail, and doesn't mind a little hard work. This person would ideally have a background in janitorial work and have a keen eye for detail. In this position, it is very important to be able to take initiative and action when there is a job that needs to be done. We take a great deal of pride in our building and we are looking for someone who is ready and willing to be a part of helping us present a clean, orderly facility for our guests. We are looking for someone who has schedule flexibility, including being able to work on the weekends, and likes to stay busy. What does a day look like in this position? While there is always the possibility of a little variation here and there (accidents happen), our Facilities Team likes to operate with a good bit of structure. Depending on the time and day, tasks would include but no be limited to: Cleaning and stocking restrooms Sweeping/vacuuming/mopping floors Emptying garbage and recycling bins As a member of the Facilities Team, this person would be responsible for working with cleaning materials including a variety of chemicals, and safe, proper handling of these chemicals is a MUST.
