Under the direction of the Head Coach-Competitive Aquatics, the Assistant Swim Coach will facilitate, develop, promote and reinforce technique and strength development standards with designated coaching groups. This position will coach athletes 12 and under. The practice schedule is Monday through Friday, and weekends as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develops athletes in all aspects of swimming including mental, psychological, and physical development.
