Provides companion services to clients and homemaker services which entail light housekeeping in the client's home environment including housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry. These roles also may encompass shopping and escort services and related assignments. All duties are performed in accordance with an established care plan and under the supervision of the program coordinator.
