Daniel Springer serves as CEO of DocuSign where he leads more than 4,000 employees worldwide to empower organizations of every size and industry to modernize their systems of agreement with the DocuSign Agreement Cloud, helping them make every agreement 100% digital. Springer has more than 25 years of executive leadership and experience in driving innovation and hyper growth across technology and, specifically, the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry. Prior to DocuSign, Springer served as Chairman and CEO at Responsys for ten years where he transformed and scaled the business from private start up to the leading cross-channel marketing automation platform globally as a publicly traded company. Springer then led the sale of Responsys to Oracle for $1.6 billion. During his tenure, Springer was honored as both a Bay Area Most Admired CEO and Best CEO. Previously, he was Managing Director of Modem Media and also served as CEO at Telleo, Inc., CMO at NextCard, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He started his career at DRI/McGraw-Hill and Pacific Telesis. Springer holds an MBA from Harvard University and an AB in Mathematics and Economics from Occidental College. Springer serves or has served as a board member at both public and private companies, including iCIMS, Ansira, YuMe, ELOAN (Banco Popular), Heighten, Persado, and eGroups (Yahoo!), as well as at nonprofits, including YearUp, The Urban School, Shop.org, AdTech, The Randall Museum and The San Francisco Friends School.

Jeff Katz is a Chief Executive Officer at Nextag and Chief Executive Officer at Journera. He has worked as Board Member at RR DONNELLEY & SONS CO; Vice President at American Airlines, Inc.; and Board Member at Digital River Inc. Jeff works or has worked as BOARD MEMBER at City of Hope National Cancer Research Institute. He studied at University of California - UC Berkeley and Stanford University.

Yaron Galai is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Outbrain. Prior to founding Outbrain, Yaron was Co-Founder and SVP of Quigo, Inc., a provider of performance-based marketing solutions for advertisers and premium publishers. He served as CEO of the company for three years until Quigo was acquired by AOL in December 2007. Yaron was also Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development at Ad4ever, a developer of rich-media, web-based advertising technologies, later acquired by Atlas, a division of aQuantive.

Richard built successful technology businesses throughout his career as an investor, operator and entrepreneur. He is a founder and General Partner of Mt. Weather Capital, where he constructed a portfolio of several successful companies. 
Richard served as a General Partner of RedShift Ventures, an early stage technology venture capital firm, and produced multiple successful exits including Cronos Integrated Microsystems (acquired by JDS Uniphase, NASDAQ: JDSU), MDLinx (acquired by a division of Sony, NYSE: SNE), Intelliworks (acquired by a division of Daily Mail, LON: DMGT), Woodwind Communications (acquired by Vina Technologies), and Telarix (acquired by Brown Brothers Harriman). Richard continues to serve as a board member or advisor to several technology companies and is a member of the investment committee for a family office focused on clean energy investments. He received an MBA and JD from the University of Maryland, and a BA in Economics from Denison University.
