Job Description The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is responsible for providing Physical Therapy services as prescribed by a physician/provider. The PTA is responsible for observation, following the Plan of Treatment, and documenting activities and findings in the clinical record, and reporting to the physician/provider any patient reactions to treatment and any changes in the patient's condition.
