We are seeking a compassionate and experienced overnight nurse or caregiver to provide in-home care for a 13-year-old boy living with Nemaline Myopathy (a condition that causes muscle weakness) and Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (which affects joint flexibility and positioning).
He is ventilator-dependent via a tracheostomy and receives all nutrition and medications through a GJ tube. He uses an eye-gaze computer to communicate and requires a wheelchair for mobility. Due to severe osteoporosis and joint contractures, all care must be performed with an extremely gentle and attentive approach.
Primary Overnight Responsibilities:
Monitor ventilator and pulse oximeter throughout the night
Perform tracheostomy suctioning as needed
Provide tracheostomy cleaning and routine care
Administer GJ tube feedings and occasional tube medications
Use cough assist machines to manage respiratory secretions
Administer respiratory treatments including nebulizers and inhalers
Assist with bedtime hygiene routine including showering
Perform repositioning and incontinence care/changes as needed
Ensure comfort and safety throughout the night

Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.

What You'll Accomplish
Support the project services team by assisting in various areas-you'll play a key role in keeping projects on track, proactively addressing potential issues, and helping to avoid anything that could impact schedules or budgets.
Maintain accurate project files, ensuring everything is properly organized and accessible when needed.
Collaborate with project coordinators to identify and resolve issues throughout the project, working with others to ensure effective solutions.
Collect and organize red-line documents at project completion, noting any discrepancies for the team to review.
Provide support to coordinators in preparing bid schedules and contract documents.
Participate in team meetings and contribute your ideas-we value teamwork and fresh perspectives.
Shadow experienced project coordinators to learn about real-world applications and practices.

Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in project management, construction management, or a related field, with at least one (1) year of coursework completed
Ability to prioritize and organize a variety of tasks effectively
Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks in a team environment
A valid driver's license
