ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
CCBHC Leadership Expectations and Administrative Responsibilities:
Ensures all CCBHC patients receive appropriate and effective psychiatric care and medical evaluation that is well-documented;
Participates in development and implementation of CCBHC policies, procedures, and protocols;
Works with the CCBHC Program Director to ensure adequate staffing throughout the CCBHC, including clinical, medical, and administrative leadership;

Job Overview:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a key role in assisting adults and children with developmental/intellectual disabilities to achieve their personal goals and become active members of their communities. You will provide personalized support services in clients' homes and community settings, ensuring they are encouraged and supported in a way that promotes independence.
What You'll Do
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores, while encouraging independence.
Supporting clients with their individualized goals as outlined in their Individualized Support Plan (ISP).
Providing transportation to appointments, community outings, and other daily living needs (mileage reimbursement provided for clients 18+).
Documenting daily progress notes and communicating effectively with clients, families, and the support team.
Promoting community integration and participation in a variety of activities.
Maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively orally and in writing in both English and Spanish.

**Who is a good fit?**
+ Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
+ Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
+ Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
+ Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device.
+ Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
