Matt Bartlett serves as the Chief Growth Officer of MAG. In this role, Mr. Bartlett is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing an organic and inorganic growth strategy for MAG and is responsible for generating over $200M in new business. He leads a global growth team that includes global sales, global insights and planning, and global capture. Prior to MAG, Mr. Bartlet held management positions with Northrop Grumman managing specialty aviation programs in the Middle East and Southwest Asia with an annual contract value of over $150M. With MAG, he has previously served as a subject matter expert for the US Government responsible for assisting in the deployment of Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities worldwide and as the Executive Vice President for Aviation/ISR business.

Joseph B. Paull is a Chief Operations Officer at MAG Aerospace.

Justin Janaskie currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at MAG Aerospace. He is responsible for overseeing the daily collection, operations, and analysis for MAG’s numerous CONUS and OCONUS programs and assets worldwide. He also supports proposal development and capture of future opportunities that are of strategic interest to MAG in order to continue leading the industry in global operations and cutting-edge advancements in providing the best and most efficient solutions for MAG’s clients and customers.

Prior to MAG, Justin worked at SpecTIR, LLC for over seven and a half years, serving most recently as President. During his time at SpecTIR, he held numerous other roles to include Vice-President of the SpecTIR Remote Sensing (SRS) division along with working in the SpecTIR Government Solutions (SGS) division out of the Fairfax office supporting US Government contracts. His last position in the Fairfax office was Program Manager/Systems Engineer for SpecTIR’s Hyperspectral Technical Exploitation Capability (HYTEC) automated, ground-based, hyperspectral target identification system. Other roles included Systems, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) work on research and development programs for identify intelligence and measurements & signatures intelligence.

With a background in geographical information systems and remote sensing, Justin has utilized those skills in supporting several disaster relief planning efforts including direct support for Hurricane Katrina. Justin also has extensive experience in offshore oil and gas exploration using emerging technologies, specifically multibeam bathymetry and backscatter data.
