Works with engineers and the safety / training coordinator to ensure safety of plant employees and the production process. Essential Tasks INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR Demonstrate a can-do attitude and an optimistic leadership approach. Direct employees with respect to production, volume, cost, quality, and meeting production schedules and delivery dates. Meet and exceed production quality and quantity standards on the shift. Create high-performing teams and a collaborative environment to improve job satisfaction and retention among all team members. Report any processes and equipment problems and monitor all activity to resolve the issue. Qualifications Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics and 10+ years of experience working in Marketing Analysis, Business Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Consulting. Experience building in‑depth quantitative models - e.g., evaluating market and company performance, pricing, discounted cash flow analysis, lifetime value - with the ability to communicate key insights to wide‑ranging audiences. Strong negotiating skills with the ability to influence decision making among senior audiences. Experience with conducting organizational analysis and developing strategic plans, including growth strategy, competitive strategy, market size estimation, market entry studies, and new business model development. Strong project management skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams with multiple business objectives; proficient at managing multiple projects. Experience in leveraging data and insights to inform digital strategy, programmatic performance, and profitability optimization.
