Hossein joined Magellan in January 2012, as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to taking on this role, he worked for ThermoFisher/Dionex and ESA Biosciences as General Manager and Director of Engineering, and as Vice President of Operations, from April 2007 through December 2011. Earlier in his career, Hossein was the Director of Operations at Instrumentation Laboratory for 14 years, where he headed all instrument and sensor manufacturing operations, and led the consolidation of three International and US sites to Lexington, Massachusetts. He was also the Group Manager of Baxter MicroScan in Sacramento, California. Hossein earned his BS and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
