Job Description
Summary
Within the Procurement team, and reporting to the VP of Commercial & Operational Performance, as a Buyer with HPD, the successful candidate shall support the project team in the project execution of industrial design, build chemical processes. Typical project sizes range from $1 Million to $50+ Million US dollars. Projects may be domestic or international. The Procurement Manager will be involved in activities such as supplier selection, supplier development, lead cost & dispute negotiation activities, contractual terms & conditions, cost control, scheduling, progress monitoring, assistance with quality assurance, safety, equipment procurement, field construction activities and customer/client communications.
As a Buyer, your main tasks will include:
Leading and managing all commercial matters for procuring rotating equipment such as ANSI centrifugal pumps, axial flow pumps, centrifuges, fluid bed dryers, MVR Turbo Fans and compressors, vacuum systems, and chillers.
Work will include the preparation of RFQ solicitations, solicitation evaluation, procurement negotiations, supplier selection/development.
Establish pricing and negotiation of commercial terms, award selection, contract/purchase order development & management, performance expectations and administration and other elements of procurement in a timely and cost effective manner.
Review of market trends and economic conditions, and documentation of supplier performance to ensure that the purchase orders awarded yield the optimum balance of technical, commercial, schedule, and financial objectives.
Provide leadership, and support for the project team in the development, guidelines and administration of all Strategic Supplier Alliances.
Qualifications
Technical and Business Management/Administration degree is desired.
At least 7 to 10 years of progressive procurement buying experience, specifically with engineered fabrication of ANSI centrifugal pumps, axial flow pumps, centrifuges, fluid bed dryers, and chillers.
Ideal Competencies Required for Role
Knowledge of Google G Suite is preferred.
Highly organized individual with excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work as a member of a project team.

Job Description
The Wastewater Process Engineer will work as part of a team of other Process Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) screening potential projects and opportunities for new construction, fleet-based solutions, and/or utilizing existing customer assets, preparing detailed process design calculations, developing and/or reviewing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), providing technical guidance and support to Sales and Commercial Engineering teams, conducting site/field audits of existing plants to review performance and/or troubleshoot problems, and providing operational safety input to field services, engineering and design teams.

Applications include industrial wastewater treatment for discharge and/or reuse, cooling tower makeup and blowdown, Food and Beverage, Semiconductor, and Wastewater treatment applications.
Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Sales and Commercial Engineering (CE) Teams to support opportunities including screening new opportunities during WIN reviews for regional and global projects
Provide technical and process support to meet Sales and Commercial Engineering team's respective needs
Be responsible for the creation, development, and/or assessment of process design calculations and process flow diagrams (PFDs) for new and unique applications within the Services business, including but not limited to new greenfield projects, retrofit projects on existing sites, and upgrades to acquired assets
Participate in P-table (Process) reviews prior to proposal submission to ensure the proposed solution is capable of meeting and achieving the treatment system's goals and product specifications over the entire duration of the contract
Participate in Peer Reviews of other SME team member's projects to support P-table reviews, as required
Coach and mentor other team members, sharing your knowledge and background in your specific subject matter area of expertise to develop and elevate the entire team's working knowledge
Support lifecycle cost analysis while comparing and contrasting different flowsheets to arrive at the best technical approach

A Day in the Life:
As an Environmental Specialist supporting the Permitting Department, you will collaborate with multi-discipline project teams related to our environmental risk. Additional work you will be doing includes:
+ Providing route adjustment recommendations

As an Environmental Specialist III, you will need functional and technical expertise and skills in areas of air, water and/or waste. In this role, you will run projects and programs of moderate complexity that require a specialized breadth of expertise.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
+ Develops, maintains and provides guidance on environmental processes/policies; conducts required environmental training
+ Assesses environmental risk, provides recommendations to address risk and participates in or handles the approved course of action, including required regulatory documentation
+ Participates in environmental project planning and implementation, including scheduling, cost estimating, preparation of environmental impact assessments and reporting
+ Prepares and submits sophisticated applications to procure environmental permits, renewals, approvals, variances, and other authorizations and coordinates with company partners
+ Performs environmental compliance audits and due diligence investigations, as the need arises
+ Develops, recommends and implements improvements for systems and practices in air, water, waste management and/or remediation activities for assigned areas

As an Industrial Hygiene Technician II - East , you will play a role in ensuring workplace safety by coordinating and conducting OSHA-required industrial hygiene testing across the organization. This role will help identify and address work-related health risks associated with chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic hazards. Sales to be sold through channel sales partners, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), direct to end users & internal channels to the market.
In this role, our Industrial Sales Account Manager will provide commercial and technical domain expertise and support to review and select the best Veolia solution for our customers. Veolia's product portfolio includes: Ozone and UV Disinfection Systems. Ideal candidates will be self- driven with an established and proven track record of winning business in the industrial sectors.
You will use curiosity, creativity & inclusiveness to grow a pipeline of business, support existing customers, onboard new customers with our best in class product portfolio.
As the position is based in Leonia (New Jersey) and the majority of the responsibilities and travel will be in United States, preference will be given to candidates residing in New Jersey and other East Coast states.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Develop and execute a sales plan to drive growth of the oxidation and disinfection
product lines in the industrial sector
● Work with current customers to provide value & technical solutions to grow our WTS
product portfolio business in the industrial sector
● Develop new/existing customers within NAM industrial markets including ultrapure,
semiconductor, food and beverage, chemical, etc.
● Provide expert technical domain sales support to internal industrial commercial
teams and strategic account managers
● Work with internal applications and proposal teams to develop technical oxidation
and disinfection offerings and proposals that meet our customers water/wastewater
treatment requirements.
● Effectively coordinate relationships and interfaces with commercial operations,
technical support, customer service, product management, and other internal
functions
● Using technology systems and tools to provide reports and updates on sales plan,
revenue forecasts, customers and channel partners, and results
