    RESPONSBILITIES * Facilitates, consults and/or oversees the contract lifecycle process for a diverse range of agreements and exercises judgement to complete, including: * Providing customer support and assistance on all phases of the contract lifecycle; * Consistent use and review of contracting provisions during authoring and negotiation stages of contract lifecycle process; * Uses proactive communication and collaboration to resolve issues between internal and external customers; and * Gathers, organizes and records contractual or Contractor data in a timely manner in order to facilitate reporting and record keeping practices. * Preferred knowledge or experience with a diverse range of agreements, including but not limited to: * Buy-Side Master Agreements (Field Services, Consulting & Training Services, Software Development, etc) * Statement of Work * Software as a Service (SaaS) * Service Level Agreements * Sell-Side Commercial Agreements * Collaborate with internal business unit leaders to understand overall business needs to achieve maximum efficiencies in the contracting process, providing recommendations as appropriate. * Review and analyze IT related contracts and the associated statements of work, as applicable. * Work closely with the IT department to interpret needs, assess requirements and coordinate to identify solutions. * Ensure adherence to the policies and procedures related to the contract lifecycle. Actively manage the supplier/customer master file to ensure requirements are met and supporting documentation is on file as needed (i.e. Insurance Certificates, Health & Safety Metrics, Credit Approval, etc.). * Generate and communicate dashboards, reports, and metrics related to contract compliance to appropriate leadership. * Identify and recommend innovative and continuous process improvements, including non-system and system processes, to achieve excellent customer service with internal business units and external customers. * Participate in and support internal audits as they relate to contractual compliance. * Receive and provide training related to contract policies, procedures and contract management system requirements. * This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in business or related field highly preferred. * 4 years job related experience in progressively responsible positions or 6 years contract administration experience in lieu of degree * Experience reviewing and managing IT agreements highly preferred. * Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills * Strong Proficiency in MS Office applications and a strong technical aptitude * Effective ability to handle and manage multiple projects and resources * Understanding of company's industry, procedures, and systems preferred * Strong Project Management skills - including project planning, scheduling and accountability Additional requirements: The ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English with co-workers, supervisors, internal and external customers; the ability to work in stressful conditions; the ability to adapt and respond in changing circumstances; the ability to use a personal computer with the Windows operating system to complete time sheets, send and receive email, and access information posted on the Company's intranet; availability as needed to work on both a scheduled and call-out basis; and the ability to work at the assigned job site.
