Mr. Morosetti has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry focused on investment and development. Mr. Morosetti joined Magna in 2008, and he has served as Magna’s Chief Investment Officer since 2013. He is a principal of Magna Hospitality Group and Magna Capital Management, and he is a member of the company’s investment committee. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel investment process, including sourcing new opportunities, evaluating investments, executing each project’s capitalization, and overseeing disposition activities.

Prior to joining Magna, Mr. Morosetti was the Vice President of Real Estate for Sage Hospitality, where he was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities. Prior to Sage, Mr. Morosetti was employed by an international hospitality investment advisory firm. Mr. Morosetti received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

Ms. Ephrem has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry focused on all aspects of hotel accounting and corporate administration. Ms. Ephrem joined Magna in 1999 and serves as its Chief Administrative Officer. She is a principal of Magna Hospitality Group and Magna Capital Management, and she is a member of the company’s investment committee. Ms. Ephrem is responsible for overseeing all hotel property accounting and financial functions. She leads the company’s administrative departments, including human resources and IT systems. She has an extensive background in strategic analysis and implementation of internal control processes and accounting systems.

Prior to joining Magna, Ms. Ephrem worked for Boykin Management Company in a number of management positions in operations and accounting. Ms. Ephrem received her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Cumberland College, and earned her MBA degree from Virginia Tech.

Doug Stevens works at Magna Hospitality Group and a Chief Financial Officer at Magna Hospitality Group. He has experience at KAINTUCK CAPITAL MANAGEMENT and has worked as Board Member at Bloomberg Philanthropies. Doug attended Stonehill College and MODIVCARE INC.

Mr. Bariscillo has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry focused on human resources. Mr. Bariscillo joined Magna in 2006, and serves as its Chief Human Resource Officer. He is responsible for oversight of all human resources activities for the company and its properties, including benefits, training, safety, compensation, performance management, recruiting, and employee relations.

Prior to joining Magna, Mr. Bariscillo worked for various hotel management companies at property and corporate levels, including the Procaccianti Group. Mr. Bariscillo received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University.

John White is a Chief Engineer Fairfield Inn & Suites Downtown at Magna Hospitality Group and is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. He has worked as Maintenance Technician at Bielinski Management, Maintenance Technician/Painter at Franciscan Villa Campus, and Lead Maintenance Technician Enclave Luxury Apartments at Oakbrook Corporation. John studied at Whitefish Bay High School between 1978 and 1982, Cardinal Stritch University between 1985 and 1987, and MATC South Campus between 2000 and 2003.
