• To support manufacturing through material handling and scrap removal, and by organizing storage and production areas to exceed plan housekeeping goals.
• You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on safety and quality.
• Forklift operators will be trained to operate various types of forklifts to support operations throughout the facility.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
• Must have verifiable forklift experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• You must be able to work either 2nd shift (either 2:00pm-10:30pm or 3:00pm-11:30pm) or 3rd shift (either 10:00pm-6:30am or 11:00pm-7:30am) and be available for overtime as needed.
• You must be available to work every other weekend as needed.
• You must pass a drug screen, background check, and physical capability examination.

The drivers primarily responsibility will be to ensure exercising safe driving practices ensuring their safety and the safety of the public, responsible for operating commercial motor vehicle transporting in a safe and secure manner, responsible for compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) safety rules and regulations; and all company policies; and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
Job Description:
Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations
Perform and document pre-trip inspection (i.e. tires, oil, fuel, lights, breaks, hoses, etc.)
Assist with loading and unloading trailer as necessary
Ensure secure load before movement
Maintain proper documentation (i.e. equipment, time, trips, weight, etc.)
Clean and wash truck as necessary
Report truck and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor
Comply with all DOT safety rules and regulations, all company policies, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations
All other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
3-5 plus years of Driving Experience required
Minimum 21 years of age
Valid Class 'A' CDL with 1 year verifiable satisfactory driving record
Knowledge of Department of Transportation, State and Federal Laws
Ability to read and write legibly
Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous live poultry tractor trailer driving experience
Basic math functions and skills
Follow Department of Transportation, State and Federal laws, and company safety policies and programs
